Brief requirements
A new Ambassador and team, up to 800 guests, and images the Embassy can publish the next day.
How the evening is covered
The crew arrives two hours before the doors open and knows every position before the first guest arrives.
Times follow the Embassy's agenda and are confirmed at the briefing.
Who is on site
The producer and DIT are what make 24 and 48 hour delivery possible, and they are included in both production options.
Producer
Your single point of contact. Runs the briefing, works with the hotel and your team, directs the crew around the agenda and handles anything unexpected.
DIT (data technician)
Offloads, checks and backs up every photo and video file during the event, so editing starts that night and no footage is ever at risk.
Photo crew
One photographer stays with the Ambassador. The others cover guests, sponsors and atmosphere, and in option 2 the 8 m backdrop.
Film crew
The speech and anthems are filmed from two or three angles while the rest of the reception is still being covered.
The sponsor film for the stage screen
Your sponsors send their clips and you send the Belgium selection. We turn them into one film that reads as a single designed piece and loops cleanly all evening.

A selection of the country's imagery, cut to one pace and one colour grade.
The sponsors
Each sponsor's clip with a name card in one shared design, so every partner has equal weight.

Kept light this year as the Ambassador has just arrived.

Production options
Each option is the full production for the night. The sponsor film is added to every option. Open any option to see the line-by-line quote.
Edited photographs, instead of the standard 3 to 5 working days.
Edited highlight film, instead of the standard 5 to 7 working days.
Priority turnaround means editors reserved overnight and a DIT on site. It appears as its own line in each quote.
All prices in UAE dirhams and exclusive of 5% VAT. The official quotation is issued from Zoho Books once an option is confirmed.
